Circuit Points

ShowPro enables you to track Hunter Jumper points for a series of up to ten shows. The first step in setting up Circuit Points is to create a circuit, when you select Circuits from the Data menu the following dialog is displayed...

Setting up a Circuit is just a matter of assigning a name using a list editor. Click New, and then edit the name in the edit box.

Trainer Incentive programs are based on circuits, in the example to the left a circuit has been created for a trainer incentive program and a separate circuit has been created to track circuit points for a show series. Separate circuits were created because different shows were involved in each case.

The next step is to assign some shows to the circuit you created in step one. For each show that you want to be included in the circuit select Show Parameters from the Data menu and then click the circuits button, something like the following will be displayed...

Check the boxes for the circuit(s) that you want the currently selected show to be a part of.

There is a multiplier that you can set to make a particular show have something other than single points. This show, the finale in the series is set to award double points.

Trainer Incentives have their own multiplier so don't bother setting one here for a trainer incentive circuit, it will be ignored.

The Circuit Standings dialog allows you to view and also to print the Circuit Standings for any circuits that you have set up. It is available on the Reports menu...

Selecting the section from the list on the left will display the standings for that section in the table to the right. Click Print or Print All to generate reports.

Select Sections Button

Clicking the Select Sections button will display a check list box of all sections. You can select which ones you want circuit points for. The sections can be selected on a per circuit basis.

You can export the circuit standings to Excel by clicking the Export button.
